STEP is funded by Mid Ulster Council to provide Support, Information and Advice on accessing benefit entitlements across the full range of legacy and reformed social security benefits, to those living in Mid Ulster. As a rights-based organisation, STEP is committed to making all members of the community aware of their rights and entitlements. By receiving timely advice from qualified staff, individuals can begin to solve issues impacting their lives. Free language support is also available.
